Green Screen Backgrounds

Reflection

Although I had wanted to know how to do this, I still very much dislike photoshop. I was able to finally figure out how to manipulate the pictures, but sometimes photoshop is so picky and it doesn't cooperate. A challenge was make sure that all I wanted was selected and nothing that I didn't want was selected. This was difficult because the tools weren't cooperating and the pictures sometimes werent the same size. I eventually got it to work. However, I gave up halfway through and just decided to use one pose from my model even though I had several. This was a difficult project until I found out how to make the photoshop tools do what I actually wanted them to do. Overall, I would do this again but not anytime soon. It was fun, but also frustrating and I would not like to go through that again, any time soon, thank you very much.

                                           Reflection
This project was surprisingly fun for me. I love having the power to manipulate a photo to exactly how I want it to look. It was hard to choose specific filters because they were all so very fun to play around with. My favorite ones had to be the ones that changed the picture so drastically. I decided not to post those ones because my sister asked me to do specific filters so she could use them herself. I still saved all of the other more crazier pictures though, for future use. Overall, this was a very fun and interactive projec that I would definitely;y recommend for future classes to do. 10/10 would do it all over again.

Photoshop

Mobabella Photoshop

Reflection:
I chose this idea because my sister loves all sorts of posters. So, i decided to make a poster of her for her. I wanted to do a more difficult one but it proved to be too hard as the directions were very confusing and hard to follow. This one was also slightly hard to follow. I was going to make her have a filter too but ran out of time. I will say that I am not a fan of Photoshop. I strongly dislike it. However it does have it's perks. I guess it just isn't for me. Overall, this was an okay project.

Light Painting

Reflection
What were your challenges with this project?  What was fun about it?
For this project, it was difficult to figure out what kind of "painting" I wanted to do. It was also difficult to make that image in my mind come to life, as the painting was slightly harder than I initially thought it to be. However, this project was also super fun. I loved being the painter for the other pictures. It seemed like it took forever to take the pictures but it was all worth it to see the outcomes. I loved having the freedom to pick what exactly I want to have in the picture. Overall, this was an amazingly fun project to do and would definitely recommend it in the future.

Studio Portrait

Reflections: What were your challenges doing this project? What was your favorite part? Why?

A challenge for this project was being able to direct my model in the poses that I wanted.  Sometimes the pictures would just come out "wrong" if that makes sense. They would come out looking kinda funky so I would have to redo them. Another challenge was figuring out which props to have my model use that would adequately convey who she was and what she values. My favourite part was coming up with the different poses for her to take depending on what prop she had to hold for each. I also liked being able to boss her around for once, seeing as its usually her that bosses me. All in good fun though, we aren't bullies. :)
